Nothing like a coffee and Dubai chocolate cake at Azal Coffee. Beautiful atmosphere. I hang out here every day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and sometimes you may catch the owner, a genuinely kind man who takes care of his customers. 1000% recommend!

The tea, atmosphere, and service is always amazing. I come almost every day with friends and we order their Adeni chai and it’s always super good and the servers: Imad n Mohammad are always lit. The chai is so much better than other Yemeni spots n they have holders for the pots keeping the chai always warm. Alhamdulillah for this place

Step into the East with this refined coffee house that serves delicate pastries and the aromas of roasted pistachio, cardamom and a gentle hint of earthly sweet Oud. The service is efficient and the employees are courteous. Try their pistachio milk cake and signature coffee.

My experience here is definitely one of the things I can ENSURE it is a 5-star one. I have been coming here for the past year, whether with friends or just by myself, and I have not had a single bad experience. The atmosphere is calming, yet productive, which I love, as I can come here to study or just relax with my friends and get a quick bite. The staff is very accommodating and understanding. I had their chocolate NY roll, and it was absolutely delicious. It was homemade and it didn’t taste like others you would get in a big chain store. This place is a place I had and will continue to recommend to all my friends and people to go to.

Visited fornthe 1st time at night on Eid. It was full but still enough seating. The house pot teas was delicious and so were the pastries. My parents enjoyed it.

This cafe is beautiful and the menu is incredible perfect for a small get together for a coffee and a desert I definitely recommend going. I was surprised that they only had one location here in nyc because it seemed to good to just have one but this is incredible I loved everything abt it the the service was amazing they would come check on me and ask if everything was good. This was absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend going!

I promise you, this is a must visit. The desserts are suppperrrr delicious and the ADENI TEA is amazing. I usually visit around the evenings and there are seats available. The dragonfruit tea is also a great choice. But definitely, a nice welcoming, cozy, clean, and lively place. Good place to sit and chat, and very aesthetically pleasing. Even if it’s just for a minute, take the time to enjoy their teas or milk cakes. Bathroom is nice but customers are not the best in cleaning after themselves. The employees are very sweet and they truly go the extra mile. Very friendly and polite. Enjoy your sweet cravings, love azal!!!

I’m obsessed with this spot! I’ve been coming here since they opened and their menu never misses so it’s about time I wrote a review! They have Yemeni coffee, tea and a stunning upscale café vibes and honestly, it’s a whole experience. Favorites you NEED to try: 🫖 Adeni Chai (a classic for a reason) 💙 Blue Azal Tea — made with butterfly pea flower + mint and it literally changes color when you squeeze lime 🤯 ☕️ Pistachio Latte & Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso (my go tos) ✨ Dragon Glow Latte 🍹 Refreshers & mojitos that are as pretty as they are refreshing And the desserts?! So cute I almost didn’t want to eat them 😭 🍐 Fruit cakes (pear + orange were my picks) 🥐 Biscoff wheel croissant 💚 Pistachio croissant 🍰 Milk cakes that pair perfectly with the drinks Such an amazing addition to the Forest Hills neighborhood!

Azal Coffee is easily becoming one of the standout coffee spots in Forest Hills. My wife and I stopped by recently after hearing good things from the community, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My wife ordered the Pistachio Latte and could not stop talking about how good it was. The flavor was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right pistachio taste without being overly sweet. Definitely a must-try if you enjoy specialty lattes. I went with a regular brewed coffee, which honestly tells you a lot about a coffee shop. It was fresh, bold, smooth, and brewed perfectly. No bitterness, just a really solid cup of coffee done right. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and had that cozy neighborhood café vibe that Forest Hills locals will appreciate. You can tell the team genuinely cares about both quality and customer experience. If you’re in the Forest Hills area and looking for a new coffee spot, Azal Coffee is definitely worth visiting. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.
